Results and Discussion / Hasil dan Pembahasan
The Results and Discussion section must present program outcomes and their interpretation in an integrated, logical, and evidence-based manner. Organize the section according to the program objectives and evaluation indicators, using appropriate subheadings where necessary.
1. Community Profile and Baseline Findings
Present the relevant characteristics of the target community and baseline findings needed to understand the identified problems and intervention.
2. Program Implementation and Participation
Describe the activities conducted, participant involvement, community partner contributions, implementation fidelity, and any deviations from the original plan.
3. Program Outcomes and Discussion
Present the findings for each evaluation indicator and immediately interpret their meaning in relation to the program objectives. Where applicable, report participant numbers, baseline and follow-up measurements, changes in outcomes, statistical results, qualitative findings, and evidence of adoption or continued practice. Clearly identify denominators, measurement periods, and units. Compare the findings with relevant previous studies and explain their significance, practical contributions, and implications for community development. Discuss the factors that may explain the observed outcomes, the relevance of the intervention to community needs, and the potential for replication, scalability, and sustainability were supported by evidence.
4. Implementation Challenges and Lessons Learned
Describe unexpected outcomes, barriers, implementation challenges, participant attrition, missing data, and adaptations where relevant. Discuss factors that contributed to or limited program achievements and identify lessons for future community engagement initiatives. Authors must ensure that interpretations are consistent with the evaluation design. Observed changes in an uncontrolled pretest–posttest evaluation, for example, should not automatically be attributed solely to the intervention. Claims about long-term impact, behavioral change, or sustainability must be supported by appropriate evidence.
5. Tables and Figures
Use tables, graphs, and figures selectively, with a recommended maximum of 3–5 items in total. Each item must contribute meaningful information and be introduced in the text before presentation. Avoid duplicating the same data in both narrative and visual formats. Tables: Use Arial 11 pt, 1-line spacing, concise titles above the table, and an open table format with horizontal lines only. Ensure that headings, values, units, and footnotes are clear and consistent. Figures and photographs: Provide relevant diagrams, graphs, or documentation of program implementation. Photographs must be relevant to the reported activities, have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, and be submitted in JPEG (.jpg) format. Captions: Number tables and figures consecutively and provide clear, informative titles or captions. Interpretation: Explain the principal findings and their implications in the accompanying text rather than leaving readers to interpret tables or figures independently.
The section should conclude with a concise synthesis of the main outcomes, the program's contribution to addressing community needs, and the principal lessons for future implementation.

- Citation consistency: All in-text citations and reference-list entries must correspond accurately and comply with APA 7th edition requirements.
- Citation diversity: Authors should ensure a balanced and appropriate use of sources. Multiple works by the same author may be cited when relevant; however, excessive reliance on publications by the same author should be avoided to promote diversity of perspectives and minimize potential citation bias.
- Reference management: Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference-management software such as Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote, or equivalent tools to improve the accuracy and consistency of citations and references.
- Formatting: The reference list must use Arial 11-point font and 1.5 line spacing, consistent with the manuscript formatting requirements.
