1. Revenue Sources

The Journal of Community Empowerment for Multidisciplinary (JCEMTY) is published by KHD Production. The journal's publishing activities may be supported by article processing charges (APCs), institutional support, sponsorship, or other legitimate funding sources, where applicable.

Revenue is used to support editorial management, peer-review administration, manuscript production, online hosting, digital preservation, and the dissemination of scholarly work.

 

2. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Any applicable article processing charges, submission fees, or other publication-related fees are published on the official JCEMTY website.

Payment of publication fees does not guarantee acceptance. All manuscripts are assessed independently in accordance with the journal's editorial policies, peer-review procedures, scholarly quality, and publication ethics standards.

Any fee waivers or discounts offered by the journal are administered transparently and do not influence editorial decisions.

 

3. Advertising and Sponsorship

JCEMTY may accept advertising or sponsorship that aligns with its academic mission and publication ethics standards.

Advertising and sponsored content must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content. Advertisers and sponsors have no influence over manuscript assessment, peer review, acceptance, rejection, or other editorial decisions.

The journal reserves the right to reject advertising or sponsorship that may compromise its academic integrity, reputation, or editorial independence.

 

4. Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are made independently by the JCEMTY Editorial Board based on scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance, and compliance with publication ethics.

Publication fees, advertising revenue, sponsorship, and other financial considerations do not determine manuscript acceptance or rejection. The publisher and financial stakeholders must not interfere with editorial assessment or peer review.

 

5. Transparency and Accountability

JCEMTY is committed to transparent financial practices and responsible scholarly publishing. Information on applicable publication fees and other charges is available on the journal's official website.

Any significant changes to the journal's fee structure or revenue policies will be communicated clearly to authors and other relevant stakeholders.
