Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major public health problem requiring environmental and behavioral prevention strategies. Poor housing conditions and inadequate implementation of Clean and Healthy Living Behaviors (CHLB) may increase TB transmission within families and communities. This community service activity aimed to improve community knowledge and awareness of healthy housing conditions and CHLB implementation for TB prevention. The activity used a participatory health education approach in Kadumerak Village, Karangtanjung District, Pandeglang Regency, involving 20 participants. The program included preparation, interactive health education, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments. Changes in participants’ knowledge were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test, with statistical significance set at p < 0.05. The results indicated improved knowledge of TB risk factors, healthy housing characteristics, and preventive behaviors following the educational intervention. Community-based health education can support health promotion and disease prevention by increasing public awareness, encouraging healthy housing practices, and strengthening community participation in sustainable TB control efforts.
