The Collaborative Community Service Program (KKN) 191 aimed to empower the community of Sumberbulus Village, Ledokombo District, Jember Regency, by strengthening capacities in education, environmental management, and local economic development. Despite its agricultural and plantation potential, the village faces challenges related to access to educational information, household waste management, and limited digital technology utilization by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The program employed a participatory approach involving problem identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Activities included the Sumberbulus Foundation initiative and data collection on out-of-school children (ATS), the TUMBUH environmental management program, and MSME digitalization through branding enhancement and digital marketing. Pre-test and post-test evaluations indicated improved participant understanding. The activities also increased community awareness of the importance of education, environmental sustainability, and digital technology for business development (p<0.001). Overall, the program contributed to strengthening community self-reliance by optimizing local potential and fostering sustainable collaboration between higher education institutions and local communities.
