Toddler undernutrition (underweight) remains a public health challenge associated with limited access to nutritious food and underutilization of local food resources. This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) members through a social entrepreneurship model based on SUSU JAKA (corn–mung bean milk) to support toddler nutrition and immunity while generating additional household income. Conducted over eight months in Bandungrejosari Village, Malang City, the program involved 30 PKK members with toddlers aged 6–24 months experiencing underweight. Activities used a participatory empowerment approach, including SUSU JAKA production training, entrepreneurship management, digital marketing, and ongoing business mentoring. Evaluation involved direct observation, structured interviews, and comparisons of participants’ abilities before and after the intervention against predefined success indicators. The results showed that all participants (100%) could independently produce SUSU JAKA after training. Participants also demonstrated improved skills in business management, production planning, digital marketing, and community-based enterprise development. The program strengthened community capacity, promoted local food utilization, and supported sustainable community-based businesses. SUSU JAKA offers a potential empowerment model integrating nutritional support with household economic development.
